Athletic Injury
Rehabilitation: By
appointment. Rehab a sports injury by learning various workout
routines that will strengthen and target multiple muscle groups by
working with a certified strength and conditioning coach

Special Needs Training:
Work with a licensed Physical
Therapist who can help develop a fitness routine for anyone who may
need special assistance while working out. For more information,

NOTE: kids and teens can get an orientation to our Fitness Center, and can participate in Group Exercise classes.

Joe Montgomery - personal trainer
Joe studied Health Promotion and Kinesiology at UNC-Charlotte, graduating Suma Cum Laude. An IDEA Master Trainer and a NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Joe works with clients of all ages and fitness levels. He specializes in functional conditioning for weekend warriors, seniors, and orthopedic post-rehab clients. |

Victoria Gailey - personal trainer
Victoria trained for six months at the National Personal Training Institute in Colorado Springs, CO and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certified personal trainer. She works with a variety of clients encouraging and motivating them toward goals they discuss and establish together. |

Kevin Harper - personal trainer
Certified ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and ACE personal trainer, Kevin graduated in Exercise Science from UNC-Wilmington where he also served as assistant strength and conditioning coach for women's soccer. Kevin has worked with populations from athletes to rehab patients. |

DeAnn Leonard - yoga instructor
DeAnn specializes in orthopedic post-rehab training, training for women and yoga. She earned a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from East Carolina University, where she was awarded the Outstanding Senior Award in Exercise Physiology; and she is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. |

Cynthia Lucas - personal trainer
Cynthia trains athletes of all kinds. She also specializes in orthopedic post-rehab and bariatric patients. She earned her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Stetson University. She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and certified as a Health/Fitness Instructor from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). |

Leslie Misenheimer - aquatics trainer
Leslie trains her clients in and out of the water, working with them to accomplish short- and long-term goals. She received a B.S. in Nursing in 1981. In 1997, she was certified by ACE as a personal trainer and by AEA (Aquatics Exercise Association) as a water aerobics instructor and water personal trainer. |

Susanne Ware - personal trainer
Susanne is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) certified personal trainer and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks and Recreation Administration from Wingate University. She works with a broad range of clients and is uncompromising in her pursuit of improvement. |

Jenny Yopp
Certified as ACE personal trainer and sport performance coach, Jenny has a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Maine. She coached college basketball for 15 years as an assistant and head coach. In addition to coaching, Jenny also played point guard for North Carolina for four years. |
