AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM
Filled with exciting enrichments, art projects and group physical activities, the After School Program at The Cornwell Center is a beautiful place for your child to spend their afternoons.

Servicing Myers Park Baptist Thru the Week School, Selwyn, Dilworth, Eastover and Myers Park Traditional, our program teaches life skills backed by our center’s six points of wellness and promotes a balanced atmosphere of learning and fun!

CLINICS
The Cornwell Center offers a series of clinics designed to teach boys and girls the fundamentals of a specific sport. Clinics are a great way for kids to enhance their fine and gross motor skills while learning different sports. Clinics offer the benefits of a new experience, skill building, a sense of community and lasting friendships. Our clinics are available for children ages 3-5 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45-4:30 pm.

Basketball Clinic for 3 – 5 year olds

Gymnastics for 3 – 5 year olds

CAMPS
The Cornwell Center’s summer, holiday and spring break camp provides youth with supervised activities that teach core values, conflict resolution and leadership skills. Kids have fun while making new friends, developing new skills, building self-confidence, appreciating teamwork and growing in self-reliance. Our camps are available for children ages 3-5 during the summer, holiday break and spring break from 8:30 am- 12:30 pm.

CHILDCARE
Childcare is available for children ages 6 weeks through 11 years in a nurturing and loving environment. Cornwell child care staff provides a learning experience in a fun environment exploring art, music, indoor play and games for up to 2 hours while parents visit The Cornwell Center. Parents will pay $4/ hour for first child and $2/ hour for each additional child. Parents are to remain on the on Myers Park Baptist and Cornwell Center property while using Childcare at The Cornwell Center. Child Care is available at the following times:

          MON–FRI    8am – 12pm
          THU            4:30 – 6:30pm
          SAT            8am – 12pm

Child Care cards can be pre-purchased at Cornwell Center Reception Desk
in increments of $20 or $40.

PARENTS' MORNING OUT
Dedicated to creating a nurturing environment full of opportunities for children to grow and learn in a safe environment while parents need to run errands. Children are given the opportunity to participate in fun activities, arts & crafts, games and more.

Parents are required to register 24hrs in advance (space is limited and is offered on a first come, first served basis.), provide a nut–free lunch, and a change of clothes. Please label all of your child’s items so they can return to their proper home.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Come celebrate your birthday at The Cornwell Center! We have several party options for kids turning 2-18. All parties include facility rental and corresponding equipment.
